Jason Arraj

Jason practices primarily in property and commercial law matters. A strong element of his practice is fire-fighting potential disputes, giving urgent advice to clients to pre–empt and avoid disputes escalating to litigation. He focuses on practical and commercial legal based solutions when advising clients. Jason has been involved in a variety of matters including partnership disputes, defending claims by trustees against a bankrupt and Australian Consumer Law disputes.

Jason maintains the old-fashioned values of honesty, integrity and maintaining a close working relationship with his clients. He is a family man whose love and passion is his three children. He also enjoys all sports and a round of golf.

Lee De Winton

Lee joined Sydney Metro Airports (Bankstown/Camden) as Chief Executive Officer in April 2017, leading a portfolio that includes over 280,000 flights and over 180 companies.

Previously in the Military, her service included Afghanistan, Iraq and Sudan in various aviation and safety roles before taking up the role of Head of Freight Operations, Qantas.

Lee is passionate about helping other women in their careers with mentees in both Superstars of STEM and the Royal Aeronautical Society.

Bill Parasiris

Bill’s career has spanned multiple sectors, including retail, commercial, industrial, residential and education. A proud graduate and Western Sydney resident, Bill is currently Western Sydney University’s Executive Director, Estate and Commercial. In this role, Bill heads the Office of Estate and Commercial (OEC). OEC is responsible for managing the University’s extensive portfolio of properties and campuses and all commercial operations.

He is currently overseeing the University’s Western Growth program of work, a $7 billion transformative initiative delivering the highest quality educational facilities and world-class research expertise to Australia’s fastest growing region. Key projects overseen by Bill include the delivery of the Peter Shergold Building at 1 Parramatta Square in December 2016 and the Liverpool City Campus in March 2018. Bill is currently leading the delivery of the Bankstown City Campus, set to open in 2022 in Bankstown CBD.

Phillip Iacovou

As Managing Director of Lefand Group, Philip’s unique approach to business is what sets him apart. Solution-oriented, his attitude is based on the principle of building, cultivating and maintaining relationships with utmost integrity and loyalty.

In operation for over 25 years, Lefand is growing from strength to strength, due to Philip’s sharp business acumen and fearless approach.

Philip’s values and generosity shine though his business and way beyond. Supporting charities such as Camp Quality and Biaggio Signorelli Asbestos Foundation, he also aids in the development of young sportsman through sponsorships in both cricket and rugby league.

George Germanos

George Germanos is an enthusiastic, motivated and client driven Chartered Accountant. He came from a family of five children with two hardworking parents, so he understands the complexities that business owners incur in managing a business, family and social needs. After seeing these realities as a child, George knows the importance of working smarter and not harder. After high school, George studied a Bachelor of Business, majoring in accounting (B.Bus (Acc)), with sub majors in Finance law, Public practice accounting and Commercial law at the University of Western Sydney.

He then completed his accreditation as a Chartered Accountant (CA) at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. George now holds a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and is a Fellow at the Taxation Institute of Australia (FTIA), as well as professional memberships with MYOB and Reckon. He is a Justice of the Peace (JP) and adheres to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. George is actively involved in the local business community. He is a past mentor with the Women in Business program, and previously served as a board member for numerous organisations.

In his spare time George enjoys bike riding, fishing and spending time with his lovely wife, Karma, and his daughter Isabella.

Kristina Kogias

Kristina has over 20 years experience in banking with the majority of those years spent dealing with corporate customers. Kristina joined St George Bank in 2013. Currently she is the Regional General Manager in St George Bank’s SME Business Banking team, where she leads a team of business bankers in the South Western Sydney region.

Kristina holds undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications from the University of Sydney in Commerce, and she is also a penultimate year Juris Doctor (Law) degree student at the University of Sydney.

Geoff Gaymer

Manager TAFE Services, TAFE NSW Bankstown, Lidcombe and Padstow.

With 15 years experience in the vocational education and training sector Geoff has been a teacher, head teacher, managed TAFE NSW campuses and led property and logistics for the Western Sydney Region. Geoff knows the region well having lived worked and studied in the Bankstown area for most of his life. As Manager TAFE Services for Bankstown, Lidcombe and Padstow Campuses he is focussed on providing consistent quality learning experiences for students and strengthening TAFE NSW relationships with community and industry.
