However, the CBCC and its members have triumphed and grown during these times due to our continued dedication to our community. We transformed restrictions into growth by pivoting online and stepping forward to support our community with Facebook Lives and videos to ensure everyone was on the best page possible.

Chairperson of the Committee

Antoinette Khalil is the principal Lawyer at Khalil Lawyers, a Board member of the Canterbury Bankstown Chamber of Commerce and chair of the Entrepreneurship Committee, a member of Business Networking International (BNI) and the Bulldogs Business Club.

Antoinette has been practicing law since 2010 and is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law.

The Firm ‘Khalil Lawyers’ was established in 2018 providing professional legal services to the local community. Since the Firms establishment, the Firm has gone from strength to strength, now with a vibrant team of 9 employees that go above and beyond for their clients.

Antoinette is a proud mother of 4, and is passionate about inspiring others to pursue their career whilst also being a loving parent to their children.

He leads his team with a focus on innovation, professionalism, and the highest ethical standards, fostering a culture of accountability and client-centered service.

Beyond his professional achievements, Michael is passionate about building strong partnerships with clients and communities, ensuring every venue under his watch is not only secure but also welcoming and well-managed.

John Khoury

John Khoury is an experienced Australian business executive and sports administrator who currently holds several significant positions. He serves as a senior executive at My Muscle Chef, one of Australia’s leading prepared meal delivery companies.

In the sporting arena, he holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Rugby League Football Club, one of the prominent teams in the National Rugby League (NRL). Additionally, he serves as a director on the board of the Canterbury League Club.

Nerva Kay Ghamraoui is a dynamic architect, builder, and entrepreneur with a proven track record of founding and leading successful companies across diverse sectors, from design to haulage. With deep expertise in construction and Luxury homes, she delivers innovative, functional spaces that drive business performance. As an immigrant, she has navigated and excelled in male dominated industries, leveraging her strategic vision and leadership skills.

Nerva Kay is also a committed advocate for small business reforms, particularly focused on reducing insurance burdens in NSW to promote a more competitive and fair business environment.
