Your Hosts

Mona Chiha

Co-Founder & Executive Director

Flash Money & Sydney Digital Group

This Australian tech-preneur is relentless in her pursuit of opportunity and without compromising her commitment to her beautiful young family. She is driven to have it all. She has a disruptive attitude to business – the fact that she is a master multitasker is only strengthened by her addiction to all things tech and digital have only contributed to her success. Her ‘good humour and friendly nature’ means she can build lasting relationships quickly. It’s easy to trust her to do what she says. She is well respected as someone who gets things done for her clients. But do not get confused by this warm person- she sets high standards for herself and the team of 18 around her, and she is sharp and makes well-considered decisions. She sees the big picture but is hands-on in completing every project big and small.

“Technology enables flexible working conditions. The demand for greater flexibility is not only about motherhood alone; it’s about living the life you want and achieving all your goals. This can be done when you are passionate about what you do. I have been fortunate to build success in all aspects of my life. Time is my only enemy”.

Jo Johnston

Innovation is the way of the future, and Jo sees generating creative solutions to complex problems as her prime motivation and joy when she continues to reinspire the future for her clients in her young, rapidly growing business. Trust is the foundation of her relationships with others – and her professionalism and logical precision has never allowed her to let those expectations run unfulfilled.

‘To be in business is the be fearless, considered and motivated to succeed. No success can be gained without risking failure – but being better-informed means being able to choose your risks rather than have risks find you.
