You will have a chance to hear from our local decision makers, explore the Western Sydney University campus, and connect with inspiring organisations and charities dedicated to helping you and the community reach higher and aim bigger.

The event was a hit, with appearances by the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, councillors, and East Hills MP Kylie Wilkinson. The Bulldogs even dropped by to add some extra excitement! A big thanks to Multicultural NSW for their contribution and support.
As part of the CBCC CEO for a Day initiative, the Youth Expo was a 360-degree platform for youth to engage, connect, and enquire. This event was a powerful reminder of the potential in every young person. We can’t wait to keep this tradition going and inspire our future leaders!
The CBCC held their first Youth Expo ever in 2023 at the new Western Sydney University campus in the heart of Bankstown.
Over 200 youth and their families attended the Expo over the course of the day, mingling and chatting with over 50 stallholders that gave them a glimpse of all that Canterbury-Bankstown has to offer them.
From youth organisations to charities to small businesses to even the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs, the Expo inspired and empowered young people and their families to explore their potential and opportunities for their present and future.
With such a resounding success, the CBCC can’t wait to see what’s next for our youth in the area. Bring on 2026!
