Rob is a Fellow of the Institute of Employability Professionals and holds a Bachelor of E-Commerce Engineering from the University of Sydney.

With 15+ years in HR across regulated industries, Sasi leads teams focused on optimising workforce performance and future-proofing organisations. Her passion lies in designing sustainable HR solutions that support both business outcomes and human potential.
