Founder
I started working for small and medium sized law and accounting firms at an early age, and the latter half of my career was spent in 2 of the Big 4.
Whilst at PwC, I was responsible for coaching and mentoring over 75 employees with a focus on upskilling, high performance and engagement.
Years later, I moved to KPMG, recruited an incredible team, and led the operations of a division supporting small to medium sized organisations.
As we were an extremely lean team supporting a fast paced and high-volume business, I continuously identified better and more efficient ways to support the business, whilst also ensuring my team members were highly engaged and performing at their best.
I’ve always been hungry for growth and have attained tertiary qualifications in management, business and human resources, and an accreditation in mental health. I’m inspired by leaders such as Tony Robbins and Simon Sinek and am generally either listening to podcasts whilst driving or reading books on leadership or neuroscience.
Over the course of my 3 decades of experience, I’ve observed first-hand that businesses who put their people first are the most sustainable.
