Founded in 2005, Back to Belmore is the peak body for advocating the preservation and restoration of Belmore Sports Ground. For 18 years, Back to Belmore has served as an umbrella organisation harnessing the collective strength of community stakeholders fighting for Belmore Sports Ground.

Back to Belmore is dedicated to promoting the advancement and revitalisation of Belmore Sports Ground as a multi-purpose sporting facility. This involves providing assistance to local athletes and most importantly creating a pathway for talented locals to be given the opportunity of achieving their chosen goals in sport.

To lead and serve the Canterbury-Bankstown community with vibrant leadership, sound communication and clear strategic direction. The preservation and restoration of Belmore Sports Ground will be facilitated through teamwork, integrity and confidence in delivering quality advocacy and innovative programs to future generations of athletes who aspire to play there.
