We provide Emergency Relief support services to the community. People who are in financial difficulty who are struggling and need food, utility bill help, rent, and other support can come in for an assessment. We also provide Financial Counselling which helps people who are in significant financial trouble. Support with debtors and financial institutions can help people negotiate for a manageable payment plan.  Hands Free in home support provides care to the most vulnerable in the community. Support such as transport to and from appointments, shopping, or just enjoying a conversation and coffee together. we also provide Counselling Support Services to those who need to just talk. We help people with mental health issues, grief, relationship breakdowns, depression or anxiety related issues. We have a team of counsellors whose expertise covers a very vast range of possible issues. Renew Community Store provide second hand goods for sale to the community. All proceeds go towards our community support services into the community. Food & Life Store provides low cost food and everyday life products for people on government supported incomes or benefit cards. Savings of up to 50% can be made for those who shop here regularly which helps them meet the financial responsibilities they have elsewhere in their lives. We also have our Christmas Hamper delivery program and Christmas Day Community lunch. Through these two support programs we help up to 500 people in the lead up to Christmas.
