Fast forward 30 years, this has developed a true passion for coaching business owners to achieve their goals and take their business to the next level. Focusing on growth in profitability, he helps business owners grow from an “owner wears all hats” approach to the development of a results-driven and profitable team, allowing the business owner to focus on the areas that he or she enjoys. Adam began his working career, starting as a junior moving through to Assistant Manager covering sales, stock control, production schedules, Wages, Super, Group Tax, Sales Tax and much more before changing paths into design technology. The next 20 years covered varied roles from technical support, sales, operations and senior management positions. Buying into a business and having a start-up business profitable and saleable within 6 months. With a focus on sales, marketing and operations, Adam has a keen eye for process improvement. His practical small business experience coupled with a track record of corporate level success make him an invaluable resource for business owners.
