I’m a solopreneur and single mum who has been dreaming of starting my counselling practice since early 2019.

My mission has always been to create an environment of inclusivity, compassion, and understanding.

I have a wide range of experience, completing a Diploma of Counselling in 2018, and I am currently studying Art Therapy. I have worked in a wide range of roles and industries, including recruitment, retail, hospitality, and healthcare.

I also bring a personal lived experience of Autism, mental health issues and disability, which allow me to provide an empathetic and understanding approach to each of my clients.
